ABSTRACT
A good teacher must carry out his duties and responsibilities before teaching in front of the class, the teacher must be creative with lesson planning to get good and fun learning outcomes and quality. Teacher professionalismneeds to be improved by evaluating past lesson plans to get more creative and fun learning plans in the next lesson. Therefore the problem in this study is how the creativity of Christian Religious Education teachers in increasing the competence of professionalism in elementary schools in the Oebobo district. The purpose of this study was to determine the creativity of PAK teachers in improving professionalism competence at the elementary level in the Oebobo district. To achieve the research objectives formulated, the authors use a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing the situation or all things found in the research location. Data collection techniques were carried out through data collection using observations and questionnairesare that elementary school teachers in Oebobo district need to create creativity in improving professional competence so that the lessons received by students are benefical to them, because the delivery of material will be much better and fun as needed by students. Based on this research, it is expected that the teaching staff (teacher) are not only professional in how to teach and appear in front of the class, but must have creativity to make the teaching and learning process meaningful and actually achive the learning objectives to be achieved.
